I have been working with children for the past 22 years.  I have worked with children with many different exceptionalities including Autistic, Specific Learning Problems, Mentally Challenged, and Emotional Conflicted.  Some of my past experiences have involved working with Alabama DHR as well as a counseling service which gives me a unique prospective toward children.   Most of the children I have worked with have been between the ages of 12-18.  I am currently working here at Geneva Middle School teaching math and reading.  This is my tenth year here at Geneva teaching exceptional children.

I was born in Enterprise Alabama many years ago.  I have lived most of my life in Coffee County.  I am married and have two wonderful children.  My children are married and I have two awesome grandchildren with another grandchild due to arrive in Feburary. I enjoy riding horses and being outside.   I love football and Alabama in my favorite team.  Go Tide!  I also enjoy swimming and traveling to new places. My favorite activity is spending time with my family including my wonderful neices, and nephews and their children.
