Math 6th

Hello! I am very excited about this school year. This year I will serve as the assistant principal and I will teach one math class. Fifth period I will teach 6th grade general math.

Students in my sixth grade math class will learn about ratios and proportions, the number system, rational numbers, Geometry and statistics.

1. Chapter Tests will account for 60% of the nine weeks average.

2. Daily grades will count for 40% of the nine weeks average.

Homework will be assigned every night. Please check your child's math notebook every night for his/her assignment. I will check homework every day in class from the previous night's assignment. This will be recorded as a daily grade or a weekly grade.
